“We worked with Matt Simon at Bigelow Homes and he did a great job managing our home building project. They make the project very easy by their excellent sub-contractors. When meeting with the sub-contractors regarding our building decisions they were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Another very nice example of the great Bigelow sub-contractors was the fact that they did not try to run our allowances up to make more money, always showing us price options. Matt was always very quick to respond to any questions we had or emails sent regarding our new home. They also maintained our building schedule from the day the excavation started, right up to our move in date. We were given a fair building estimate from Bigelow Homes and did exceed our estimate by about $10 K, based upon decisions we made during the building process. In the end we moved into a quality home based upon our floor plan and they met our deadline. We would recommend Bigelow Homes to anyone building in the Rochester Area.
