With 2 kitchens in 1 house to renovate, I was dreading the process. From the first visit for the estimate to the final details, Ken and Peter were a delight to work with. Always punctual and reliable, readily available to discuss plans or problems, nothing was too much trouble. All their tradesman were unfailingly courteous and highly skilled. Great design ideas and the work was completed on schedule.

We chose Rockridge Fine Homes to build our third home. From start to finish everyone we dealt with, from office staff to the trades hired to do their jobs , were polite capable and always willing to go the extra mile. We had a budget that we wanted to adhere to , so we were always given a couple of options for most things that would maintain the budget. Construction was quite fast with our home being completed on time. We would highly recommend them to anyone building.

Rockridge did a complete renovation on our condo from a 3 bedroom down to a one. They were professional at all times, kept us up to date with progress, and stayed on target with timing. Even though we have been back in our home for over a year, they continue to assist us with any issues we have (when I say issues, I mean even how to change the lightbulbs!) I would recommend them without hesitation.

Ken and his team did a fabulous job building our home. This was the second home Rockridge built for us - each time we were extremely satisfied. The professionalism and enthusiasm with which Ken approaches his projects is second to none. Having done a number of renovations over the years I have finally found the Holy Grail of the 'perfect' contractor. Rockridge were exceptional in every aspect of their work - from initial quoting through to post completion support they have been superlative. To be both on time and on budget are very rare qualities in construction, and my renovation project (with hidden complications) was more challenging than a new build - they overcame every issue that arose with intelligent and cost effective solutions. In addition, the professionalism of all the Rockridge employees shone through - they all took pride in their work, were tidy, polite and very family-friendly; qualities that can be overlooked when just considering budget and timelines but that are especially important if you are living through a reno with workers in your home for a period of time. Rockridge came to me through a personal recommendation and I have had no hesitation in already recommending them to other friends, for whom they are currently constructing a spectacular new home. Rockridge gave me a beautiful home that makes me feel like a competition winner every time I walk into it - I would recommend them to anyone.
