R&W built our two story home in 1999. That house served us well. There were few problems. When there was a problem it was taken care of. We had some leaky windows. The manufacturer replaced them. So we were comfortable building a ranch style with R&W in 2018. We and many of our neighbors were surprised by the expensive road maintenance we are responsible for in our association. They are becoming common. We thought it was the same as the last neighborhood. It varies with each development. It should have been clearly covered. The only negative in this house construction was the use of fiberboard trim. I would have paid more for real wood. This time we added features were hadn't considered like a split heating sytem to make our basement totally usable. We upgraded the flooring too. This was our fourth new house. We knew more about what we wanted. The beauty of working with a custom builder is you can address your priorities with your designer once you identify them. Most people don't know all the possibilities available. The basic model is pretty complete and shoots for an affordable price point. You can change features and qualities to meet your priorities. It is crtical, for those that don't move often, that they learn which options are available. First year they fixed a roof leak.This year, five years after we moved in, we developed water damage from an odd tub drainage problem. Ben at R&W had it fixed, sent a drywaller, fiberglas specialist, and Jerry to solve the problem. We always know things will go well when Jerry shows up. We were very happy with the response. We would deal with Ben and his crew again.

Love every part of our new home! From start to finish, the builders & office team were there to answer all of our questions. Price, design & service from this company have exceeded our expectations. Our house is perfect for our growing family!

Great builder run by wonderful people. My wife and I have built two houses with Roersma & Wurn Builders and on multiple occasions they have made the home building expierence one of the most enjoyable of our lives!!

If you like mold and water in your home then this is the builder for you. Most of my neighbors have had nothing but problems. They don't stand behind their houses and use horrible workers. I have had nothing but problems with a cracked foundation, J&S siding doing horrible work and also doesn't stand behind thier work. They basically take your money and run. No integrity. I don't recommend. This builder cuts corners all throughout the home.

Conscientious in all aspects of your building project from initial planning through final inspection. Quality homes in every price range. Great people to work with aiming to please their customers.

This company builds their houses exceptionally well. They are very helpful with the interior and exterior design. My next house will be built by them as well.
