I helped Mr. Rosauri with designing a tile project with his customers at The Tile Shop in Wilmington, DE. It was a pleasure to work with him, his company, and his customers. In January 2014 I had extensive water damage in my kitchen and basement, due to a pipe that had burst in my wall. Since this was my first insurance claim, I didn't know where to start or what to expect. Upon hiring Rosauri Builders & Remodelers to complete the repairs, I was immediately put at ease. Sam Rosauri took the time to explain to me what to expect for the process and made himself available to the insurance adjuster for the initial estimate to walk her through the entire project. Upon discovering that further repairs were required, he was quick to get everything the adjuster required so that I was completely covered. Throughout the entire process Sam & Justin were conscious of my living situation, timely and responsive to my questions and ideas and an overall pleasure to work with. Not to mention, the sub contractors that they hired were also pleasant, courteous and professional. The end result of the project was astounding! Their attention to detail is unrivaled! They thought of everything when planning out the kitchen, from functionality and use of space to being absolutely breath-taking while staying within the budget. I couldn't be more pleased! Sam Rosauri was the General Contractor on my brand new office suite. Not only did he finish before the deadline, he also came in under budget. My medical office is a state of the art medical facility and I have had many compliments on the aesthetics of my office. Sam was able to make on the spot decisions when the specs of the blueprint did not look like they would work for me. I am very happy I have found a honest and trustworthy contractor. Also a very important point I want to make is that Sam has still made himself available to me if I have any questions with my office. Rosauri Builders completed several renovations for me since 2006. We had a large addition put on our home, which included a sun room, a master bedroom retreat with vaulted ceilings and a veranda, an elevator, and a storage room in the basement. They renovated two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the family room. They added wainscoting and crown molding throughout the house, along with a coiffered ceiling in the family room. They completed all construction in a professional and timely manner. They worked hard to bring everything in on budget, and while construction can be stressful, worked hard so the renovations would not interfere with our everyday life. We have enjoyed the addition and renovations and were always pleased with the final result. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future construction projects.
