We are so pleased we chose the Rosenberger team to build our dream home. This is our second custom build and the difference between the two builders are night and day. Without a doubt the Rosenbergers represent all things quality. From the very beginning we were provided with five star service. We needed a lot guidance designing the right floor plan for our family. Our list of needs and wants was long but Tom, their in house architect, knocked it out of the park with his design. He delivered the perfect floor plan and nothing was overlooked. Ron was transparent with costs and worked hard to keep us on budget. He also understood the importance of our timeline and provided a build schedule to help us understand the construction phases. The quality and work from every subcontractor was impeccable. During each walk through the site was clean and organized. It is obvious Ron has solid relationships with his tradesman. They are skilled, dependable and were always available to answer our questions. Shelley's and Bre’s design expertise made it significantly easier while selecting all the interior finishes. They patiently listened to my ideas and helped me pull everything together. They completely nailed the design I was looking to achieve in our home. Shelley and Bre made it a fun experience! Six months later we are happy as can be. They are committed to making sure everything is up to our satisfaction. The moment we walked into the Rosenberger office and were met by Monica Sparks we knew we were in the right place. After a meeting with Ron we began the enjoyable experience of building our "jewel box" (as Ron called it). We were led through the building process with patience, guidance and organization. We built in the winter which could have had its own set of problems but everything went smoothly. Thank you Ron, Shelly, Blake, Breanna and Monica. Rosenberger Construction is absolutely the most professional contractor team that we have ever worked with. We purchased property about 15 years before building our dream house and about two years before we broke ground, my wife and I began the search for a builder. We spoke to realtors, sub contractors and many friends that we have made here and everyone said that Ron Rosenberger was the premier builder in Northern Idaho. We met with four other builders, also highly regarded, before we met with Ron and made our decision. Ron took the time take us to a number of the houses he was currently building and we simply developed a trust and relationship with him and his team.
