We consulted with Mr. Rye regarding remodel of our home. The scope of our project was to convert to open floor plan and to update our home. We were pleased with the estimate and time frame given to us by Phillip. Communication lines were open, and our desires were met over and above our expectations. We will definitely use Rye Construction in the future if the occasion arises, and do not hesitate to give an excellent rating to him and his ‘team of workers’.

My husband and I contacted Mr. Rye a few weeks ago to design a custom house plan for our dream home. The design process was stress free. We were able to make changes to our plan at our own pace via email and occasional phone calls. Not only do we have a house designed to our specifications especially for us, Phillip also integrated energy efficiency into the plans. We received an energy analysis and energy saving construction recommendations that will help us save energy for the lifetime of our home. We will save money on our utility bills for the rest of our lives. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.

He executed our changes and completed our entire plans in less than a month (we were working with a very short time frame). He is very personable and his prices were reasonable.
