“We've been working with Fieldstone to build a new home in the Lehi Traverse Mountain Canyon Point Community. We worked with Gary to find a lot that fit our budget and would get us the floor plan we wanted. We also worked with Silvana in the design center to pick out design options. Both experiences went incredibly well—they are trustworthy and knowledgable experts in their fields. Many times Gary talked to me on weekends or after hours to ensure we were getting the best options for what we were looking for. Silvana noticed some design choices that might make our kitchen feel too dark and kindly asked us to come back in and reevaluate our selections to make sure we were completely happy with our choices. Unfortunately right before we were going to put the design deposit down, I was laid off. In this economy we decided not to move forward and the plans we had for our dream home had to be put on hold. But, again, Fieldstone was more than accommodating to our situation—offering to pause our contract until we were ready to continue. Gary again came to our aid and talked with his sales managers to ensure we were taken care of. I cannot recommend Fieldstone enough. They are a company of the highest integrity and genuinely care about the people they are building homes with. When I find a new job and we're in a position to build again, we will definitely choose to do so with Fieldstone.”
