“After tiny houses first got on my radar I discovered there were many tiny house shows. I began watching old episodes of Tiny House Nation and saw a segment on Vina Lustado and realized that she lived less than an hour away. I reached out to her and set up a tour of her house. It was the first tiny house I ever stepped foot in and I marveled at the beauty, simplicity and comfort of her tiny home. I knew I had to work with her so I asked her to do to my architectural design. I already had a good idea of what I wanted in terms of floorplan and even questioned if I needed help at this point. Much to my delight, Vina had so much to bring to the table, great insight and knowledge, she took into account so many things I hadn't considered. She was able to rearrange, consolidate and improve my original plan by leaps and bounds but never lost the personal touch that made the house "me". The minimalist simplicity Vina imbued in the architectural design gave me fresh inspiration and a clean and simple pallet for the interior design. Vina is humble, passionate and extremely talented, it was such a pleasure to work with her. I ultimately build the tiny house as part of a workshop and thus didn't use Vina's services for project management”

“AAA did a bathroom remodel (after a slab leak), repaired drywall, built/installed a new hallway linen closet,a fireplace makeover AND a full kitchen gut / remodel in my home. I am very pleased with the result! I found Mike Seay to be very reliable, trustworthy and honest. His cabinet maker (also a Mike) is an excellent craftsman and is also very reliable & flexible. Mike S., his crew and subcontractors really helped make a stressful situation (living in a house being remodeled) tolerable.”

“We own a mobile home and it is always difficult to find someone to work on it. We ran into a contractor one day and asked if he could help us repair the subfloor that had gone soft in a few areas. He said he didn't work on mobile homes but he could give us a recommendation. He put us in touch with Craig at Streamline Building who came out with Joe and they gave us a reasonable estimate. We hired them. It took a couple of weeks to coordinate a time but Joe and Robert showed up on time and were prepared to work. They removed the LVT and took measurements and went to get the needed materials. They fixed that area and put the LVT back in place. The next area was at the front door. They pulled back the carpet and carefully removed the padding. They removed the damaged subfloor, put in blocking and replaced the plywood. The padding and carpet were also reinstalled. Joe and Robert cleaned up as they worked. When they left, the floor was fixed and secure. The house is all back to normal. You would have never known they were here. What has been a worry for the past few years has been corrected in four hours. We are happy to be able to use our front door to welcome family and friends again. A BIG thank you to Craig, Joe and Robert for a job well done. They came in with honesty, integrity and knowledge. Not only can they do the big jobs but they took on a small one too. When we are ready for a remodel, we will call Craig at Streamline Building.”
