“The guys did an amazing job designing and remodeling my home. They gave me and my wife a new kitchen that we absolutely love. They re-did the stairs with these custom cable railings that look like falling rain. They did the fireplace and crafted their own live edge mantle. They did so much to our home it's too much to list. I sold it (for a huge profit thanks to Santa Barbara Builders) and now I live in Texas. I like them so much I invited them to come with me and build us another home. I really considered quitting the Army to go into business flipping homes. It's not everyday you find such a great contracting outfit. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Robert Meckauer worked on several projects for us over the years. Our last project was a challenge, since our house was built in the 40's. We hired Robert to both do the Architect work as well as General Contractor. This was great for us, since he was able to keep the subcontractors on point and keep costs inside the budget. Even with changes we made, he was able to make our dream come true! He uses local talent and artists for finish carpentry and painting as well as local plumbers, tile and electricians. We are so happy with our project!”
