Levitch Associates, Incorporated
Multigenerational Home Builders in Santa Rosa
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 20, 2026
“We recently sent the note below to Maurice Levitch. and thought others might find it useful: An Anniversary of sorts Maurice - it was pleasure to see you the other day, and it got Bobbye and me thinking about the work that Levitch Associates did for us in remodeling, and really in entirely rebuilding the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor of our hundred-plus year old house. We think of it as an anniversary because the work is twenty years old but, because of the expert craftsmanship, looks as if it was done yesterday. Beginning with Maurice’s truly inspired drawings, the team turned a little-used second floor enclosed sleeping porch into a vaulted ceiling main bedroom and en-suite tiled bathroom, with additional skylights bringing direct sunlight and borrowed light into both rooms and included finding space for an adjoining office/second bedroom. This bathroom is so beautiful and unusual that we still take guests on a walk through if they haven’t seen it before We live in these spaces every day, and every day they offer not just a unique sense of privacy, but an interior space that is an oasis of beauty and calm in an area of our home that had been little used before. The daily working teams that came to our house for the weeks of work needed to carry out a complex job, from top to bottom were careful, experienced, well-trained, well supervised, thoughtful and an all-around pleasure to have working on and in our house. Inevitable surprises that came up were handled quickly by people who were highly skilled at every element of the work. Watching them work, it was clear that every one of those craftsmen contributed to the highly professional outcome that we enjoy now as if still new. The mark of a good relationship. TOTAL CONCEPTS

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 9, 2024
“Working with Total Concepts, we recently completed our Healdsburg home--and we couldn't be happier! John and RC smoothly guided us through the pre-construction phase, with their recommendations being critical to our choices. The construction phase was a joy, a truly collaborative effort. Brad, Peter, and Veronica maintained excellent communication throughout the process. They were patient and flexible with us as we made refinements to our plans and finalized finish choices. They brought in superb, friendly, and responsive subcontractors. They delivered premium quality in every aspect of the project. And they responded with good cheer to any revisions we requested. At our first meeting, the Total Concepts team indicated that we should all have fun in building our Wine Country dream home. And we did! Every member of the Total Concepts team was trustworthy, fair, and committed to the highest quality of service and workmanship. We recommend Total Concepts with our highest level of enthusiasm!”
Ogle Architecture & Design

“I found William Ogle on Houzz almost completely by accident! He contacted with me right away, and patiently worked with us while we figure out exactly how we wanted the project to proceed. William and his team took the time to get to know us, our lifestyle and our decor preferences, then skillfully created a dream home out of our 1960's tract home rancher. I love having people walk into our home now as they cannot believe the transformation.”
