Sapphire Homes

We have bought a home in Renton built by Sapphire Homes. The reason why 5 stars were given is because the ratings are important for businesses and it has been very easy to communicate with their PM C… whenever we need help. I would like to point out the positives about the homes first: - They are very spacious and modern - They all come with an AC - Warranty information are all in a huge binder which is very handy - PM is very professional and helpful! Now, I would like to give out some constructive criticism: - Painting has been done very poorly in the entire house. I can definitely provide some pics if necessary. I am not sure if it’s only our home or all the homes but curious to see how our neighbor’s paint looks like. All the corners and edges are starting to crack already. Also, you can literally see all the touch ups that was done. Please re-consider the paint or have the contractor work a little bit extra harder. I am not an expert but we own 3 rental properties and know how the paint should look like. I wasn’t obviously expecting a perfection but the paint job is done very poorly. PM C has been doing everything he can to help us fix all the small cosmetic and minor stuff but this all could have been avoided from the beginning. The whole paint job is definitely making at least our home look like a home that was cheaply made. Sad but the truth. - Cabinets have minor scratches as it was probably damaged during the installation process. It’s hard to see all of these minor dings and cracks which could have been avoided from the get go. - If you want a fence separating you from your neighbor, please let them know ahead of time because it costs extra even though everyone pays the same amount of HOA fee. I found this very hard to believe but this could have been avoided if this was shared from the beginning. We were never offered even if costs extra, we would have considered it. Apparently each units have different amount of fences even though they are managed by the same HOA as it was hard to believe but it is what it is. Thankfully Sapphire Homes has given us one year to ensure everything gets fixed within that one year window. Overall, great homes and great company to work with. Some of the items are definitely not in their control because they are all serviced by different vendors but please re-consider your painting contractors or have them do a better job next time since all of our issues could have been avoided easily. Thank you!

How I met Sapphire Homes is an experience that I will remember for a lifetime! Based on a phenomenal thriller that should actually be published as a book or front page of the newspaper "Hope you are taking notes along the way!!" First I would like to formally tell Troy and Angela of Sapphire Homes thank you! From the moment I laid my eyes on a Sapphire Home I was in love! It was definitely the design and quality! I knew I was going to buy a Sapphire Home. That is exactly what I did and now have officially owned a Sapphire Home for one year! Through this entire year my feelings grew stronger and honestly now not only was it the home but it is the people that have changed my life in ways you would never believe! Angela is one person I adore. I got the honor of having her as a point of contact directly. She is beyond responsive if I ever needed help or had questions she is highly educated and must I say creative! Troy is the master of making it happen! Give him one day and see your world change in front of your eyes! Your Superintendent Jeremy is excellent along with his team. Nice to have people I can trust. I have to leave with the grand finale of course you will love this one! When I was in Bellevue signing for the purchase of my new home. I actually didn't know what home I was there to sign for because in my mind I bought more then one home.

We purchased our house from Sapphire Homes 1 year ago and they have proven to be great to work with. We have found the quality of our home is the outstanding and if we ever needed help with the littlest thing they were there to help with a smile on. Andrew the foreman and Calvin his right hand man are beyond the best. Thank you so much everyone at Sapphire Homes.

We purchased our home from Sapphire in 2016 and we love it more and more every day. The quality of house is superb and communication with the builder and subs is really easy, as things pop up. We love our house.

Excellent builder and builder's rep. Top tier services with follow-up and warranty that exceeds most builders. We had a few issues early on, but it was taken care of in a professional manner and was rectified with no shortcuts taken. Every detail, inside and out has been thought out and accounted for. While we've replaced a few interior pieces to make it our own, the overall construction, materials used, and quality of the home is the best I've seen (this is our fourth home).

Purchased our newly constructed home this time last year, just round up the 1 yr warranty repairs, and both my wife and I are very happy customers. The Sapphire team has been easy to communicate with, followed up on promises that were made a year ago, and their team of professional contractors and subcontractors took care of a bunch of repairs (albeit mostly minor: drywall cracks and paint touch ups). The house is well built, we love the layout, and we're happy to be able to rely on a team that either has the know-how or the contacts to get things done if necessary.

We just moved in to the new construction in Boulevard Park, Burien. Thrilled with the house, its like coming home to a hotel. Angela was helpful and responsive the one time I've reached out to her so far (about the mail). Things I love: enormous "hotel style" bathtub in the master bath, the fireplace, the huge kitchen, the little windows everywhere, the closet space. Blue tape inspection was good, the super was very thorough and helpful.

We recently moved into Kaiana Meadows in Monroe, WA. We purchased a new home and have been overly pleased. From the builder to the site manager everyone has been so responsive, professional and attentive to our concerns. Every issue we have had with our new home (that is expected to occur) has been addressed to our satisfaction. We have owned 5 other homes in our lifetime and by far this has been our best experience with any old or new home. We can not endorse Sapphire and their team enough.
