Schwinn Homes LLC

We were already happy owners of a Schwinn home, when we stumbled upon a 1971 ranch home on three beautiful acres in the country. Ready for a big change, we made the jump and decided to renovate. We were able to convince Greg and Marlene to come along for the journey with us. I don't think that they do many remodels, if any, but they were willing work with us for a second time. We did some of the demo and worked on the kids bedrooms and bath, but the Schwinn team tackled the big jobs. They have a great group of subcontractors that kept us moving. Once we finished and moved in, we kind of missed our interactions them. We love our new home.

Schwinn Homes LLC was our builder. My Husband and I met with Greg Schwinn and toured his model home. The details and design were of craftsmanship quality. Using a design and pictures from an architect book, we worked with Greg to modify one of his models to the home of our dreams. Our home was built in the utmost quality as his model. The process was easy with him at the helm. His subs were quality and we are more than thrilled with our home.
