We have had the great pleasure of working with this extraordinarily capable and professional luxury builder for many years. Semerjian's capabilities, attention to detail and old world craftsmanship give us, as architects, the freedom to truly stretch our imaginations in the service of the unique high end custom home. If I was Mark's marketing manager, I would tell them their motto should be, "luxury defined' because everything they do for their clients from the simplest service to the most complex detail is done with a concierge touch.

We have had the privilege of working with Mark Semerjian on several custom residential projects and have quickly found that Mark brings much more to the table than simply construction expertise; though he is a very fine builder. Collaborating with Mark is particularly productive due to the passion and knowledge he invests in each project and each client. It is refreshing to see Mark actively engaged on site, managing the craftsman and guiding homeowners through the stages of construction. Last year we purchased a home built by Semerjian Builders in 2005. I was connected with Mark Semerjian through the original owner shortly after the close of our deal. He was eager to meet the new owners of one of his homes and address any questions about the house that we had. You could tell that he took a lot of pride in the home. Since we met Mark, we have made a few enhancements to the home - all of which Mark had coordinated. He is extremely professional, offers sound advice and the finished product is meticulous. We feel fortunate to have purchased a home built by Semerjian Builders. The home is well built and exudes quality. As we continue to customize and enhance the home (e.g., GeoThermal, more custom wood work, etc.) we will call on Mark for the job.

I am currently working with Mark on building a custom home. We have just begun the process and so far he is making me feel very comfortable with something that is completely overwhelming to me. Mark makes himself available to me and I don't hesitate to call him even with the smallest question. I am looking forward to having him build my dream home. He understands exactly what I want, even when I don't know how to put it in words. The completed work that I have seen from his is amazing. The quality is top notch. The homes are incredible and I am so excited that I will be living in one of his finished products!

We have had a long-standing relationship with Mark from Semerjian Builders. He targeted and identified building lots and we bought the lot of our dreams based on his diligent work. We are currently in the design stage, where he has taken the time to understand our likes and dislikes, which helped direct us towards an architect that meets our needs. Mark is pleasant, courteous and very organized. He possesses a great vision for design and his company provides excellent craftmanship when building a new home or a renovation project. I really enjoy working with Mark.

We worked with Mark Semerjian for almost 2 years and throughout that time found him wonderful to work with. He was extremely responsible and took tremendous pride in quality work. He took us through the whole building process step by step, beginning with the layout of the property, and worked with the architect and site plan. Once construction began, he had a time-line set up for accomplishment of all the building steps—this was an easy time-line to follow, with Mark always available to help us with selection processes. Mark’s in-put was always good and helpful since he has a wonderful aesthetic sense. Mark is also very detail-oriented and so continually helped us identify tiny construction additions and modifications in the architectural plans that needed to be made as construction progressed. Working with Semerjian Builder’s independent subcontractors was also a pleasure, in part, because it seemed that the subcontractors shared Mark’s sense of pride and craftsmanship and aesthetics. Once we moved in, the punch list items were accomplished meticulously and conscientiously and around our lifestyle and schedules. To this day, Mark remains a resource for us with regard to our home.

I had the good fortune of having Semerjian Builders evaluate and plan a project my wife and I were then considering. The project involved a total renovation of a 150 year old home. This was truly a challenge. Mark asked me more than a few times whether it would be better to tear down and build again, but we wanted to pursue the renovation. Mark's plans and ideas about each room and each detail were innovative and yet, practical. Mark listened to what we wanted and tried in every way to accomodate our objectives. Our project, as with most, changed several times and Mark moved easily through each twist and turn. Mark is a superb builder and craftsman as well as a consummate professional. He understands the combinations of skilled building, luxury and elegance.

Like most, I was not looking forward to interviewing builders and living through unfilled expectations. Talk about a breath of fresh air......we were thrilled to find and work with Semerjian Builders! Our addition project seemed simple enough and the others we spoke to just rushed thru it like a punch list. Semerjian Builders was different and asked us specific questions about how we planned to use the space, and if we wanted to incorporate our home's existing design features or not. From start to finish and even after full completion, they were thorough in their approach and highly communicative--both of which I coveted. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the outcome of our addition has been the envy of our neighbors and friends. Thank You Semerjian Builders!!

We have hired Semerjian Builders several times over the past 12 years. They built our house in 1999, they built a second house on our property in 2005, and they have done also numerous projects for us, both small and large. They have provided the full range of contractor services (design, engineering, construction and maintenance). Both George and Mark have been easy to work with. The quality of their work has been extremely high. They pay a lot of attention to the details. And they stand behind their work. And because they can do all of the services, we've had very few problems that needed to be corrected. In the past, we have also hired other well-known contractors, and the work was nowhere near as good a quality as Semerjian's.

Mark built our custom home several years ago. He was always wiling to listen to our ideas and he he was never fazed by any of our requests. We have some very different features in our home that required a lot of research and planning and Mark never dissuaded us from what we wanted because it meant more time and work on his part. He researched different materials that we were interested in and always provided us with options so that we made an educated decision about our choices. His attention to detail was impecable and he built our house with love and care as if it was his own. Most importantly, he was there after the house was finished to finalize any details and to make sure that we were happy with the results. He is still the person I call when I have a plan to carry out in the house or need help in figuring out how to implement something new into our house. Building our house was truly a labor of love for us and for him also.
