Outstanding builder. Todd and Ben were great to work with. We asked them to build a home that was more contemporary than any of their previous projects. They were impressively thorough and diligent throughout the concept and building process. Two years after the home was completed, I can say that they lived up to their word in completing everything that was promised during the 1 year warranty period. Only the best builders can claim this. They have earned their reputation, and I would choose them again if I had to choose a professional to build my home.

Ben and Todd are two exceptional men who did exactly what they told us they would do. From the first phone call we made to them, until well after we closed on our beautiful home, they provided professionalism to its highest level. We have been in our home for two years now, and could not be happier. We would use them again and again, but unfortunately for them, we don't plan on leaving any time soon! Todd, Ben and Jordan were great to work with. They were very clear in communicating to us their process, from design, to construction to post occupancy support. Shaddock Caldwell built us our dream house in 2013! They were extremely professional and wonderful to work with and we enjoyed every phase of the custom home build process. So much personal thought and care was put into every detail from start to finish. They created a simplified decision making process and followed a well thought out course of action. They also went above and beyond by attending city meetings, neighborhood meetings, walking the streets and really just pushed to help our plans become a reality. Further, what has been quite impressive about the Shaddock Caldwell team has been their post-closing responsiveness. They have been quick to address and answer all of our questions even after living in the home for a few months. From start to finish Todd, Ben and their whole crew helped us bid a house of which we a very proud. They listened, suggested and did what was needed to be done. They are friendly, helpful and did what they said they were going to do and when they were going to do it, While we had owned many homes this is the first one we built and heard many horror stories about the process. For us it was an excellent experience.

This builder, Shaddock Caldwell, found a lot, removed the existing improvement, and built us our dream home. Everyone talks about how hard it is for couples to go through the home building process. That was NOT our experience with Shaddock Caldwell at all! We loved every minute of it! Ben and Todd have a system, that I've discovered to be very unique to the industry. They talked us through every single decision and cost on the front end. I cannot express enough the care and attention they give to the client. They did an incredible job of setting our expectations. They went above and beyond on the follow-through. We gave them an impossible task of fitting 5 bedrooms and some other specifics in a set footprint and they worked it out with excellence. They partnered with us in design and saved us from some foolish decisions that we would have made without them. They talked us through how to save money and limit our spend (what other builder would do that?!) They have an incredible partnership where each person brings a unique and specific skill that allows for an amazing team of experts! They did everything according to the schedule they gave us, and if anything was delayed in the slightest, they went above and beyond to communicate well with us. They are pros! Almost 3 years of living here, I can say their product is of exceptional quality. They work with all kinds of designs. I would love to work with them again or refer them to any of our closest friends and family.

Shaddock Caldwell did a fantastic job building our new home. We worked primarily with Ben Caldwell. He is thoughtful, diligent, and detail-oriented. The company is committed to doing the right thing, where other builders may be tempted to cut corners. They want to make the experience as efficient as possible, by anticipating the future steps in the process. Through each phase, we were informed of where we stood in terms of budget. We were given realistic timelines and our project was completed on schedule. We are very happy with our new home.

I bought a Shaddock Caldwell spec house in 2014. The house was largely complete, but Ben and Todd did numerous changes for me to make it into the perfect home for me. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, were very accomodating of my requests, unless they didn't make sense in which case they pushed back in the nicest, most kind way. I believe that they are some of the most ethical and upstanding builders around. I would build my next home with them in a heartbeat.

Best guys in the business. They are great to work with and stand behind everything they do. My wife and I were very happy with the home they built us and we constantly get great feedback from people who visit.
