Gerry Holzapfel, owner of Slate Ridge Homes, has been in the construction industry for over 28 years. Gerry entered the construction industry as a remodeling contractor on Long Island, New York. With countless remodels and home building projects on the east coast, Gerry brings his expertise and style to Southern Utah. Since coming to Southern Utah he has constructed or remodeled over 250 homes in Utah, Nevada and Arizona. Gerry brought Kathy, his wife, into the construction industry. Both Gerry and Kathy work together on the design of each home. Together they walk each client through every aspect of the home.
