“Bldg.collective was the co-architect for a remodel of our 60's ranch house. We worked with Steve. He is great. He knows what he is doing and is super easy to work with. He understood our goals and esthetic quickly, and suggested some fantastic features that we never would have thought of ourselves. He is also a really good communicator - which was important, as we did not understand a lot of construction or architecture jargon. Best of all, bldg.collective was committed to keeping us on budget, and was able to recommend less costly, but still design-conscious alternatives. If you are building or remodeling in the Denver/Boulder area, do talk to these folks. Talented, reasonably priced, ethical. Highly recommended.”
