Growing up in my hometown where my father and grandfather were residential home builders, I knew it would be difficult to find an architect/builder who would measure up. While looking at new home construction it was our lucky day when we met Henry Zuckerman. We had a floor plan requiring few modifications. Henry agreed to design the house and draw up the construction plans. We were so impressed we contracted with Henry to build. He delivered as promised exceeding our expections. Henry is not only an excellent architect/builder, he possess the principles one hopes to find: honesty, integrity, and outstanding communication skills. He kept us closely involved throughout the entire process. It was a beautiful experience and a beautiful house!

Henry designed custom plans for our home to be built hopefully this year. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Henry Zuckerman. I found him on Houzz, and he was, from start to finish, a pleasure to work with. Henry was always excellent at interpreting what I was looking for. I never felt as if he was imposing his own particular style on me, and he managed to capture my vision and personal style and execute my dream design. He is extremely professional and also has a genuine love for the process which is ultimately what drove us to hire him. He seemed as excited about the project as we did, and that is a true sign of one who takes pride in his work.

I hired Henry to do a major re-design & re-model of my house on Lake Lanier. He completed the project on time & under budjet. I could not have asked for a more professional contractor from start to finish. I highly recommend Henry for any job you might have, his competence & integrity are beyond reproach.

We selected Henry to build our home in Ball Ground because we had seen some homes that he had built in Lumpkin County that we liked more than any of the house we had seen before. We liked the layout and Craftsman details of one of his homes and once we had found the property we wanted and met with him again he had enhanced the design of this plan and we liked it even more. We liked the idea that he was both the architect and the builder. He was very easy going and great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the construction process and he had great subcontractors that he worked with. We were very happy with finished project and still love our home today 10 years later.
