He gave us several options and created a presentation that would help us understand the value of the work to be done and the whole process of the project. Hasnain really listened to what we wanted to do, even the small ideas and concerns, and gave us good suggestions and guided us through every decision. There were no surprises in the timeline and cost. He met with us every week for project updates, informed us on next steps/decisions to make and always available for any questions or concerns. “We used LBK Design Build to remodel our kitchen and dining area and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. Starting with the initial, in-home consultation, Nick listened to what we were looking for and presented a few options and ballpark pricing. From there, working with the Joe and Julie from the Design team to bring our vision to life was awesome. Between collaborating virtually on various layouts and working in-person at their Design center to make our selections, we quickly and easily began to see how our new space would look. The expectations the team set provided a clear idea of how things would go and what we might run into, providing peace of mind for such a large project. Once construction started, the day-to-day process was great as well. When the work was done, we couldn’t believe it was our house. To take our very dated space to the modern, open floorplan we have today is nothing short of a miracle.
