T & R built us a pantry, tiled our backsplash and did some remodeling in a bathroom. He also installed two storm doors for us. He was prompt and made sure to clean up after himself every day. His prices are reasonable and we trust him with a key for our home. I keep his card on my refrigerator so that I don't loose it. Good contractors are difficult to come by!

Tim & his crew built a 20'x24' addition with a basement, plus remodeled the rest of my house. The addition included a full bath with an onyx custom shower and vanity top. He put in custom windows and the flooring is tile & wood laminate. He built a deck off of the addition from manufactured decking and aluminum railings. The remodel of the existing house included replacing windows, new roof, adding insulation, removing existing carpet and laying down tile and wood laminate flooring. Adding new kitchen cabinets onto the existing ones and laying down new kitchen countertops. We had a too large kitchen area, I wanted to divide the area in half and make one half a bedroom with an extra large closet, which Tim did without a problem. He bumped out our old bath wall making the bath larger, which enabled him to make a closet that hides our water heater, which used to be out in the open. He replaced the old tub/shower combo with a new one and replaced the old vanity top with onyx. He also repainted the interior walls of the existing house. Tim replaced our old siding to match the new addition siding. Tim did a great job! He made our house into a very comfortable home. He handled getting the building permits and worked well with the county inspector. Everything met or exceeded county codes. When problems came up he knew how to solve them. He also knew when something wouldn't work for example, I wanted tile throughout the house, but Tim knew the tile would end up cracking, where the old foundation met the new addition foundation and suggested wood laminate in the addition. He came up with good ideas to make the house sound and comfortable. He is easy to work with & doesn't get upset if you change or add something. He told me it's your house, so we build it the way you want it. Tim finished the project on time and in our budget. The best part of working with Tim is that he takes pride in his work, he wants it to look great and be built to last.
