My wife and I hired t-Olive to build our new custom home during 2018. This was our first time building a home, and Randy Schiltz and Brian Schiltz made the process as easy as possilbe for us. t-Olive uses high-quality sub-contractors to ensure an excellent custom build. Randy and Brian were available for us on-call during the whole process from our first meeting, during project definition, during estimates and cost-cutting planning, during the build and through completion. And Randy and Brian acted as expert consultants for us for the many small and large decisions required to build a house. If ever needed, I will hire t-Olive to build another house.

Randy and Brian are amazing. We did a major renovation on our home from August thru December. I was pregnant and due right before Christmas. We do the tile installation for T. Olive and it is always a pleasure working with them. They are always professional and friendly to deal with.
