Working with T & M has been fantastic! My wife and I have been looking for a new home for years but have been unable to find our “dream home”. We learned that T&M was building in Suffield, so we contacted Joe Duva to learn about the new neighborhood and the steps involved to build. We were super excited to learn that Suffield Chase will connect to Wisteria Lane, which has always been our favorite neighborhoods in town, complemented by the fact that we could build our own new home there! The selection of homes they make available are diverse, beautiful, and affordable! They also allow for the perfect amount of customization to keep things relatively simple while allowing you to make each your own. We have worked with Joe through every step of the process, and in every e-mail or phone call I make (and I make a lot!), he responded almost immediately, helping us make home building decisions quickly. T&M went out of their way to make sure we had the perfect home and lot for our family, and we have now built our “dream home”! I cannot give enough positive feedback on Joe and the T&M team!

I purchased a new home from T & M in Windsor last year. They made the process easy to understand. Options were clearly explained yet they were open to modifications if reasonable. The home was ready to close on the date promised as well. To date, the most outstanding part of the experience has been the after sale service. T & M stand behind what they sold and promptly addresses issues that arise during the warranty period & beyond !

The T & M family have treated my wife and myself with love and respect. Whenever we have any questions, no matter how big or small they were there. I can say that from other peoples experiences with other builders, and the mortgage process horror stories; ours was very very good, it was smooth. We purchased a home in July 2015 and we love it!!! The workmanship in our home is top notch! Our home is well insulated, beautiful hardwood floors, shaker cabinets & granite counter tops in kitchen & bathrooms. I assisted my very elderly parents who built a T&M home in Ellington Meadows last year. Everybody from my initial contact until one year after the closing was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have had experiences building homes with three other companies. This was by far the best experience. My Mom and Dad were also very happy with the quality and the overall experience.
