I don't even know where to begin with this review, because building our dream home with Timber Trails was such an absolute pleasure. Friends and family have always "warned" us about new construction and dealing with home builders, and we were apprehensive after meeting with other builders in the area. However, once we met with Diane and saw the quality of build at Timber Trails, we knew our experience would be entirely different and it was. Since beginning the build process almost a year ago, Diane and John (PM) have been an absolute pleasure to work with and have made the experience truly enjoyable for us. The floorplans of the homes are perfect for families, and the quality of the build and care/attention to detail by all of the trades is absolutely unmatched. The incredible design and craftmanship Timber Trails puts into each and every home makes you feel like you're walking into a home from Instagram or Pinterest- they're absolutely perfect. While we managed our own design, we took a lot of inspiration from Julie, the Timber Trails in-house designer, and the work she has done on the model and spec homes - she is one of the most talented designers out there and we were lucky to have been influenced by her designs. I can't reiterate how happy we are our with our brand new home, Diane and John built the home of our dreams. It's wonderful to work with such honest, transparent, helpful people who truly care about what they do and the experience you have as a home buyer. I can't recommend Timber Trails enough if you are looking for a beautiful new construction home in the western suburbs.

Julie’s design talent is unparalleled, she created the dream home we could have never imagined. The construction is top notch and you will not find another dream team or development like Timber Trails.

We love our new home at Timber Trails. Tremendous value and highly desirable open floor plans. The homes are well built, have fantastic designs, and includes all the modern finishes and amenities that every buyer is looking for! TT is an awesome family friendly neighborhood, with beautiful trails throughout, well manicured common areas and beautiful curb appeals. We spend most of our evenings walking around the wonderful neighborhood, and have made so many friends in the process. Love the park, tennis courts, and the overall feel of the neighborhood. We are so glad we decided to build in Timber Trails, it’s such an amazing community. Diane and John have been wonderful to work with throughout this process and the subcontractors really do outstanding work. They take care of you even after moving in, making sure everything is right. Such a great experience with a company that really cares.

We love our home on Timber Trails! From the moment I walked through the door(s) I knew this was the place for us. And it was hard to choose between a house and a townhouse because they are all unique and beautiful! We went with the house and had Timber Trails finish the basement. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We also take advantage of the miles of walking paths throughout the neighborhood. Everyone we met at the office and all of the subcontractors were extremely professional and good people.

my husband and i happened upon a new home/open house earlier this year in the Timber Trails development - we had previously explored building, but felt it was a big investment of time for us at the moment. instead, we hoped to find a new construction in a family friendly neighborhood but this proved quite difficult as we were never able to find a home that had the quality in construction we were looking for. but with this house, as soon as we walked in, we could sense the thoughtfulness of the home layout, the excellent quality of the home and the finishes - all astounding! we put a bid in on it that day and never looked back! beyond the clear attention and care in their craftsmanship, the Timber Trails team has been the pinnacle of professional and helpful from day 1 - the builder/construction team, the sales office, the subcontractors - all responsive, communicative and understanding of our needs, even when minor snags appeared along the way. we are so happy to have found our forever home and been fortunate to work with this amazing team.

Having had custom homes built over my lifetime, I can attest to Timber Trails Development Company as being top-notch. Every involved individual has been consistently knowledgeable,courteous, and respectful. They are willing to go out of their way on a moment's notice to benefit the customer. Thus a high level of mutual trust becomes quickly established.

My husband and I chose a ranch townhome with wonderful open floor plan. Susan did a fantastic job guiding us through the entire sales/selection process and was quick to respond to my many emails. She also maintained a cost spreadsheet to help keep us on budget. John was always willing to meet us on site to answer any questions we had during and even after construction. Allison has been terrific about getting subs back quickly to fix the few things we noticed after we closed. In all, the staff is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. In addition, the subs are very proud of their workmanship and it definitely shows in the finished product. Our new townhome is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the quality.

My wife and I recently purchased a property at Timber Trails. We decided to buy the property because it was extremely well-built in a location that was perfect for our family. The more we worked with Timber Trails, the more certain we were that this was a great buy. The buying experience was great because of the amazing staff. They are professional, attentive, and extremely quick in responding. Susan, the Sales Manager, would be on top of everything to make the buying process easier for us. John, would make sure that every request was completed to perfection before the purchase. Overall, I could not have asked for more. Thank you everyone at Timber Trails!

What a fantastic company! We are so happy we built with Timber Trails. The service staff of Timber Trails was very attentive and helpful from the purchase of the home, through the design decisions, and after the house was built. The house turned out beautifully. We are very impressed by the quality of our home. We love our new home and neighborhood!!

If we could give Timber Trails a SIX star rating we would! I’m taking the time to write this review because I want you to know if you’re considering working with Timber Trails to debate no further. I can personally assure you that you won’t be disappointed. My husband and I have continuously been impressed with how efficient our home building process has been. From the day we walked into the model home and met Susan to the day we did our walk through before closing everyone has been so helpful and professional. Susan worked with me to ensure I got the custom vanity I wanted in our guest bathroom, the architect worked closely with us to create custom layout that worked best for our family, and John met with us personally to discuss our roof design. I could go on and on with how nice it was to work with each team member. They always made time for us and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with each decision. Home building requires a lot of decision making and it can be overwhelming at times, but Susan helped to simplify the process. There are many horror stories out there about home building, but I am literally amazed at how seamless our experience has been. I keep telling all my friends from the city to ditch the condo and come build a home in Timber Trails! We absolutely love it here.

I just moved into a wonderful townhome in Timber Trails. Everyone has been competent, respectful, helpful and kind. After 4 days I am in love with my new home. The neighbors on the street are great, helpful but not nosey. Really a delightful place to live.
