Timberline builded my house 2 years ago. It was 2nd time in my life build from dirt. It was fun and easy with timberlin. Very good people we can trust.

Timberlin homes recently custom-built a home for my family. The home is exactly what we hoped for. Timberlin did a fantastic job and the overall quality is excellent. We had an interior designer (Jodi) assigned to our project and she helped us make difficult decisions relative to design, color, gloss, style, etc. Having her design input was invaluable and really helped us feel at ease with our decisions, not to mention ended up with the exact end result we hoped for. I will also say that the folks at Timberlin went above and beyond what most companies would probably do in terms of making us happy with fit and finish. We are a bit nit-picky and perhaps micro-managing at times, and the Timberlin team handled our observations and requests patiently and with concern. Timberlin's subcontractors are easy to talk to and they favor quality over speed, which is in line with our expectations (do it right). We thought all of the subs did a great job. Flow's ductwork was so perfect that I hated to put drywall up over it! The trim carpenters are among the best I've ever seen. The quality of the paint by Martin Interiors was by far the best of any of the 6 homes we've lived in without a close second (laser straight edges, literally no imperfections). The home building process can be very stressful with weather-related and contractor-related delays, but the team at Timberlin was very understanding and worked with us to make sure our concerns were addressed in a professional manner. At the conclusion of the project, we feel like we have a premium home with premium quality and are very happy with the end result.

We really enjoy working with the homeowners that choose to build with Timberlin Homes. The staff at Timberlin is very detail oriented and easy to work with. You can tell that they care about the integrity the construction process from top to bottom. A great company to do business with.

We have been in the house for a year and a half and have had no problems or issues. I am very particular about all aspects of a home. The finishes, the quality of the work and the product that was promised. Timberlin delivered on all and we would be proud to recommend him to anyone.
