T.J.'s Wood Products

Had them fabricate new railings. I supplied the metal balusters, 200 of them. They had 23 left over. I tried over a 3 month period to get them returned. I went by there office 4 times and each time they said they didn’t have them, they were down in there shop. I asked for refund of the cost for missing balusters. They refused. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They never responded to them either. Not good!!
