Working with Todd Glowka was a GREAT experience he is a Hands on Builder from the Planning Stage with the Architect, then with the Interior Designer and During the Building process. He was always interested and involved in every detail of the house. Has a Friendship Relationship with his Subs which helps when making thing happen. His Jobsites are Nice and Clean. Chaparral Cabinetry

We have had the pleasure of working with Todd Glowka and his staff and vendors for the last few years. Todd is easy to work with and is alway easy to contact. Communication is a breeze as emails and phone calls are quick responded too. Todd Glowka's vendors are supportive of other trades and have always been respectful to our cabinetry. Working hand in hand with the framer, electricians, plumbers, etc is cruical when providing both a product and a service. Todd is hands down one of the top builders in the Hill Country area.

The recent project where his team relocated a 150+ years old New England barn and turned it into a 5 star Party Barn turned out unbelievable. I've had the opportunity to not only sell Todd's personal home, but see MANY of his projects throughout town. I can tell you without a doubt he's one of the most talented builders I've ever worked with. It's very important to Todd to build something of unparalleled quality and it shows in the materials he chooses for the homes. I've seen materials and quality in Todd's homes that I've not seen elsewhere.
