Todd Menard Construction LLC

We have recently started working with Todd, on an RV garage addition, for a home we purchased last September 2019. We have found him to be very responsive and forthcoming on the scope and size of our dream home addition $$$. We have gone through preliminary design meetings and drawn up plans to present to our Home Owners Association. Todd has been prompt and responsive to all of our questions during the design phase of this project. We are waiting for a cost projection and hopefully we can continue with Todd Menard Construction in the future.

Alternate Rain has worked with Todd Menard for many years. He builds a high quality house in a timely manner and is extremely hands on in the building process. He allows Alternate Rain to continue to install the best possible sprinkler systems into each of his homes. We are continually grateful for the opportunity to work with Todd Menard!

Todd built our house 5 years ago. It was not a traditional build, but a home in the complete and true Crafstman Style. His attention to detail was incredible! He, in my opinion, is the best builder when it comes to efficiency. He prides himself on that, and after our build the house was tested and incredibly efficient! Our utility bills reflect that issue! He is kind, supportive, and flexible, and very open to reviewing any issue you have during construction. He also has amazing problem solving skills, and he has great suggestions! His support staff is awesome to work with as well. They are honest, transparent, and willing to answer any question you may have. We are so incredibly happy that we went with his company!

We had never built a home before, believe me it is overwhelming your first time, and Todd was there through the entire process. Not only was the quality of the home exceptional, but his communication through the entire process was fantastic. I can't stress enough the importance of good communication, and Todd knocked it out of the park! We love our home!
