Tolaris Homes updated and renovated my 20 year old bathroom to a current clean modern look. I love it. They madethe process so easy and were amazing to work with . I highly recommend them . I have seen their finished work in new homes as well. Rick Bavec is a perfectionist and really cares about his customers.

Tolaris homes ,Very professional, goes out of the way to provide homeowners a well understanding of each phase of the projects . This helps and give homeowners ideas , and to understand there home and how things works . I personally seen this numerous of times . They understand the importance of a homeowner / builder relationships. There quality is 5 star . Very high expectations from all trades . Tolaris Homes is a top notch Custom home builder. As a sub contractor we judge our builders by how available are they, are their schedules kept, did the previous sub do his or her job correctly. Tolaris has always been a pleasure to work along side of. I have to meet with his homeowners and they all seem to Love him! That says it all.......

We chose Tolaris homes as our builder and we feel good about our decision. Rick Bavec and Larry Fleming were available via email or phone when we had questions. They honestly guided us through the entire project. Also suggested few energy saving tips that now we see the benefits. After moving in, support was amazing. Larry visited our house through out the year to see any possible fixes needed. Quality of construction and other finishes was very good to excellent. Friends who visited our house could tell the difference. Tolaris subcontractors were flexible to our last minute design changes. My only reservation about one sub contractor is of Landscaping/Irrigation contractor. Although they did install it right but when I had questions they were not ready to answer or avoiding my calls, we had to replace a Palm tree. Overall I am giving Tolaris 5 stars for what they delivered.

I am pleased to recommend Tolaris Homes to anyone who is interested in having quality work performed by experienced personnel. From planning, to materials selection, to installation, the crews were professional and worked when scheduled. That's a big plus. They were also conscious of keeping a clean environment, not an easy task during renovations. More than a year later, I am still happy with the workmanship. I have done many home improvements and re-builds. Tolaris have been the most professional I have ever worked with. My end result was great! I will be using them again on my next project.

Rick Bavec of Tolaris Homes completely renovated our home in Alaqua three years ago. Our renovation included a complete interior and exterior makeover of the existing home as well as some reworking of the layout. He employed exceptionally skilled contractors and his attention to every detail of the process resulted in a home transformation that greatly exceeded our expectations. He insisted on acquiring several bids for each phase of our renovation which resulted in savings to us and high quality workmanship. place We were out of town during much of the time when our home was being worked on, but Rick kept us informed and was vigilant in his supervision of our project in our absence. To this day, Rick periodically checks back with us to make sure that we remain satisfied with our home. We have found him to be honest, professional, and a person of great integrity, and would not hesitate to recommend him to someone who is contemplating a home renovation or construction of a new home.

Tolaris Homes did a complete remodel on our home in Lake Forest. Kitchen, living room (including removing walls) floors, bathrooms, Master Bedroom and Master bath. We selected Tolaris because we had seen some of the homes in our neighborhood that were built by Tolaris and we were impressed by the quality of their work. From start to finish, we had excellent communication, they delivered what they promised, were pleasant to have around and were respectful of our wishes. The quality of the work was outstanding, and we found the process quite enjoyable. We now have a home that is delight to live in and entertain in. We would do it all again with Tolaris

Tolaris Homes built our custom home on a lot that we owned. Rick Bavec (president) personally acted as superintendent. Through conception, design and construction he was always accommodating and fair in his dealings with us and with his fine group of subcontractors. Our project was completed substantially on budget and on time. Tolaris has also been helpful since we took ownership. They have provided useful advice and assistance in dealing with the minor issues that have arisen. We got to know Rick and his wife Sherrie fairly well during the 15 months of design and construction and now consider them friends. When you can say that about someone with whom you've had a fairly large business deal I think it's a good indicator of the character of the people.
