It was, indeed, a pleasure working with Tommy Young on a recent renovation of my daughter's house. There were special requirements, a budget and a deadline, and Tommy met and exceeded my expectations on all counts. His attention to detail and quality was very impressive. He constantly communicated with me on the developments of the project and I was over-the-top pleased with the results! I will hire Tommy again for the next project.

I'm in residential real estate in Memphis and the surrounding area. I've worked with Tommy Young construction on several projects. He has constructed custom homes for some of my clients, done million dollar renovations for others and I've sold some of his spec homes. His attention to detail, his follow through. and ability to communicate with the clients keeping them advised of the process; has left everyone happy with the finished product. Good problem solver. Very personable. Does what he says he will do.\ Listens to all people, buyers and seller alike.

Tommy Young was professional and best of all....HONEST! The sub-contractors that worked on my renovation were also a breath of fresh air when dealing with construction and all the surprises that come with it. Everything was up front and I was kept in the loop in complete detail the entire renovation process. This is one you can count on!

Tommy did an excellent job with our recent home addition. Several of our subcontractors, unprovoked, told us that Tommy was their favorite contractor to work with, because he is extremely hands on and organized. We lucked out due to excellent weather, but there wasn't a single day that we were expecting to have something done, that it didn't happen. We came home early from work one day and caught Tommy standing in our trash bin, organizing our trash so more would fit in the bin, therefore saving us from the cost of an additional bin. Have already recommended him to several friends and family members!

Tommy Young is in construction for a reason. He's passionate and knowledgable in all aspects of his work. Tommy helps us far beyond our expectations during our renovations from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our home!

Tommy Young built our home last year, and we had an excellent experience with him. The project came in on time and within budget. He was very responsive during the process and easy to work with.

We purchased a home --which was a Vesta Home show home--from Tommy. He was kind enough to help us thru all phases of planning an additional room, further customization and closing. Like most builders, he was available for any minor issues that come up when moving into a new home; but unlike most builders he extended this courtesy well after the "one year warranty"! Quite simply, he takes pride in his work. His word IS his bond. I would commend him with out reservation to anyone wanting to build a home.
