    “Chris from Velusina was patient with me and my requests. He worked with my idea's for what the kitchen would look like and added his own touches that I didn't realize wouldn't work. The Velusina crew were always on time and professional. Right now I'm just saving up so that I can get Velusina back to work on the rest of my home because the rest of the house looks incomplete.     “I hired Pine Glen to finish my basement, not only was the oustanding final product on time, it was on budget as well!! They were not the cheapest of the companies I asked to quote but were the most professional, accomodating and curtious making them worth the extra amount. They guided me through all steps of the project allowing me to have the amazing basement that I have, or as Pine Glen says "not an amazing basement but an amazing extension to our living space". I would definatley concider them for my next project and would refer them to any person looking for a top quality contractor.”

All of our requests were met with no issues. We had young children at the time and they worked to make sure the house stayed as a safe environment for them during the renovation. His team of sub contractors were also excellent. The project was completed on time and on budget. We would use him again - you can’t get a better recommendation than that!”

    “The experience of renovating our home was daunting at the beginning due to the number of construction firms out there. Once we made the decision to go with Lighthaus Built, everything seemed to become easier. Lighthaus Built is a service based construction firm and we were able to be in constant contact throughout the entire build. Dave Cook & John Maher were always available to address our concerns and make recommendations towards the best course of action to make our renovation dreams become reality. If you are on the fence and not sure which renovation firm to work with, then I would strongly encourage you to go with Lighthaus. The construction crew was very professional and always at the site throughout the build. The job site was well organized, clean and their attention to detail was spot on. John Maher was our main point of contact and did a wonderful job at keeping the project on schedule, on budget and the lines of communication were always open. We are so happy with the finished product and can't thank the team at Lighthaus enough for their hard work and attention to detail. We love our newly renovated home!”

I must say, this was an impressive project, and the team did an amazing job from start to finish. First, let me start with the design process. They provided in-house design services, which included 3D renderings, drawings, and obtaining the necessary city permits. This made the design and planning process very smooth and efficient. The team was very professional, and they took into consideration our ideas and preferences to create a design that suited our tastes and needs. The renovation was a full gut job, and the crew ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. The guys were very efficient and worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was completed on time. They were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. In fact, they were so easy to work with that we now feel like family! The finished product was absolutely stunning. The luxury finishes added an extra touch of elegance to the home, and it now feels like a brand new property. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the craftsmanship was of the highest quality. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome.
