I owned a home built by Tourmaline Properties in Pacific Beach. We loved the quality of the craftsmanship and their great customer service when it came to any issues we reported. I would have no hesitation what so ever purchasing another home they built.

Tourmaline Properties built a nice home and they stand by their work. Their design selections were VERY good and they were very easy to work with. Everyone is an employee, they don't use subs, so the care and control they have is shoulders above other builders.

Working with Ben has been great! We bought a house that Tourmaline Prop had built. There was great attention to detail and high-end finishes. He was very responsive when things needed to be fixed after we had moved in. Ben is very honest and straight-forward.

I was given the opportunity to photograph one of Tourmaline Properties homes, right away on first entry to the home I was stunned at the attention to detail. Jake was very professional and humble and I could see right away how excited he was about the craftsmanship his team brings to the architectural world.
