We have had the pleasure to work with Peter Cohen of Trillium Enterprises, Inc. for the past year. His associates completely updated our 1968 Jack Warner designed home. Consequently, our new home is very, very comfortable, dramatic and affords us easy living. Peter Cohen is honest, faithful, responsive and very caring in his approach to his work. I am delighted to have the opportunity to write a review for Trillium Enterprises. I have worked with this company for numerous projects (remodeling construction, restoration, tiling, upgrading of electrical and plumbing, and water damage repair), at a number of different properties, over the last 8 years. Each person on the crew has been professional, skilled and extremely responsible. The work is of the highest quality, and the work site is always left in pristinely clean condition. The shining star of my many experiences with Trillium, however, is the owner/contractor, Peter Cohen. He has been a fabulous asset to each of my projects. Ever positive, creative, skilled and kind, he is a wizard of problem solving and of project coordination. I am grateful that I have chosen to work with Trillium, and I imagine that you will be, too.

Our contractor for Trillium, Peter Cohen, is a champ! His remodel of our old, and as we discovered, poorly built house involved many surprises as the house turned up one dark secret after another. Peter was always up to the challenge, jumping on problems with energy, resourcefulness, focused attention to detail, and constant good humor. He worked *with* us, listening closely to be sure he understood what we wanted. And his depth of experience has allowed him, over the years, to cull a set of exceptional subs who clearly respect him. In short, he loves his job and it shows.

I own a Bistro in Carpinteria California. I had been searching for a crew to put noise abatement in my Bistro for the last few years. The high ceilings and windows made the spot architecturally attractive; However, the noise made it difficult to hear while enjoying a our wonderful fare. Through a mutual friend I was lucky enough to meeting and work with Peter Cohen, owner of Trillium Enterprises. After looking at the project and my goals Peter brought in a sound engineer to evaluate if the project was viable. In a short amount of time we were able to determine the project would work and the cost was within the budget I had set. I can't say enough about how easy Peter made the project. He hired Peter to do an extensive and very complicated remodel. The end result was beautiful. We phoned Trillium and set up an appointment. At this point we needed to have foundation work done, repair and replace saltillo tiles and a brick front patio. We also wanted to remodel 3 full bathrooms. Under Peter's close supervision we had the opportunity to work with his fantastic group of professionals. They are all impeccable craftsmen who are proud of their work, extremely neat and kind. There were many challenges since our home was built over 30 years ago. Peter and his team solved these problems and never wavered in their commitment to see that the job would get done properly. Confidence and a great attitude as well as the high level of professionalism are qualities not easy to come by today. Peter brings all those things with him to the job site every day which makes the whole process of building or remodeling a pleasure.

As an architect working on a commercial remodel, I met and worked with Peter Cohen of Trillium Enterprises in 2007 and again on a 2013 condo remodel. I was immediately impressed with his almost tunnel vision focus on customer service. He's available nearly all hours of the day and works hard to provide a finished product that will exceed the client's expectations. His subcontractors are all top notch folks who reflect Peter's attitudes. He thoroughly evaluates his bids to include unforeseen items and tries to anticipate what the drawings might inadvertently leave out. When questions arise, his desire is consistently to work with the client to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution instead of butting heads and trying to win an argument.
