Tundra Homes

Tundra did such a fabulous job building my home that I get rave reviews from neighbors, friends and strangers on a regular basis. Even a couple of friends who work in the home building industry have been impressed with the quality of Tundra's work. My "casita" that Tundra built for me in lieu of a three bay garage (I opted for a 2 car garge) is especially a huge hit! Pictures of the house and casita are uploaded.

Tundra was the right fit for us. Medium size, family owned builder. Value, custom builder. Tundra had superior scheduling and did really well with the "last mile". Closing week it was all hands on deck asking us "What do you need? What can we do to make this home perfect? You tell us, we'll do it." This was a good experience. Tundra is a builder with adequate size to deliver the critical mass of permanent staff. If you use a builder with only sub contractors, you will find service before, during and after the build to be difficult. With Tundra, it was seamless. We made the right decision.

We have supplied the cabinets for Tundra Homes for many years. We love working with Tundra because: Tundra listens to their customers, and provides a complimentary designer consultation, which in turn helps us identify the customer's design expectations. Tundra has great communication, and utilizes an interactive website tool for their company, their subs and their customers, to help track the job, and other important job information. Tundra is always on time with their projects, which give us a clear timeline expectation. Tundra's job sites are kept very clean, which makes it easier for us to measure and install. Tundra pays on time-very important to everyone, keeps the job flowing smoothly. Tundra's house plans and final measurements align closely, reducing the need for end changes. In essence, Tundra has a great reputation with their customers and subs, and we like that association, since we place top priority on making our customers happy. We highly recommend Tundra Homes as a builder of fine custom homes, and are proud to serve their cabinetry needs.

We researched many builders before embarking on a project of building a home as absentee clients. Trust and reputation were at the top of our requirements. "5 stars" is the only way to rate Tundra Homes. Why? Among other reasons: their attention to detail; the professionalism with which they approach each aspect of their relationship throughout the building process with their clients; the communication provided via phone, email and hundreds of photos by their on-site manager; and the desire to satisfy every reasonable question/concern of their clients. Equally important to us is the way Tundra has responded to any small issue encountered after the fact... without fail.
