Stay AWAY!! You been warned. We contracted with Unika for a build over 2 years ago and project is still not done. There has been one issue after another with gross negligence from day one. We now have our lawyer involved and a lawsuit in progress. These people do not respond, lie, deflect, and have been TERRIBLE to deal since day one. Completely unprofessional. You been warned!!!

When my husband and I were relocating to Houston from Austin we wanted to build. We drove around a couple of target neighborhoods and kept coming back to one particular home we loved. One day the owner was outside so we asked who built it and what he thought of the builder. It was an Unika home and the owner had nothing but great things to say about them! After then meeting Pablo and the Unika team to design our home we struggled to find a lot to our liking. To review options, Pablo took us to a home they had just completed in a different neighborhood. We fell in love and bought it instead of building. We are so happy in our Unika home! Not only is the house great, Pablo and the Unika team continue to be great partners that are concerned with our overall satisfaction and happiness - not that there has been anything to be concerned with, there hasn’t. We would highly recommend Pablo, Gustavo and everyone on the team at Unika.

Anyone looking for a custom home builder should choose Unika. Pablo and his team are the best. We selected Unika after reviewing several contractor bids and interviews. We also spoke to previous Unika clients to hear first hand experiences. The process started with a detailed proposal and construction schedule. We had a couple of review meetings with the Unika team and they offered some great ideas and cost savings suggestions. Our project is located in the historic district and his team was very familiar with the process. Attention to detail was very key for the team as well as communication with us. Being an Architect,- they surpassed my expectations. The entire Unika team made us feel at ease during the entire process. Pablo has high standards and it show in their work. After move in,- we have also been very happy with the follow up service. I would highly recommend Unika!

Unika is my builder of choice. They have built 2 houses, one in the Heights in 2007 and one in Tanglewood in 2017. We enjoyed very much the collaborative process and the expert advice. The attention to detail is fantastic. We were also delighted with the customer service and responsiveness after closing. I highly recommend them.

The team at Unika Homes is extremely professional and knowledgeable of custom home building. They make it easy for the homeowner to be involved as much or as little as they want to be. It's your call. As a furniture consultant, I am very detail oriented and they responded to all my questions and handled my change orders without a problem. But I also remember I took a vacation while my closets and built-ins were being made and it was all done and better than I imagined. Their quality is in the team and the contractors they work with. TOP NOTCH PEOPLE & RELATIONSHIP DRIVEN. Their homes look gorgeous after the years, I keep getting compliments!

The character limit here isn’t large enough to adequately share our sentiments about Unika Homes. My husband & I both have residential construction backgrounds and have built/remodeled multiple homes. In all of our experiences, there isn’t anyone we’d recommend more than Unika Homes, particularly Pablo! To start, Unika’s customer-centric approach is bar none. To them it’s not about what they think should be built, it’s about what you want to build and their guidance along the way. Pablo & his team really make you feel you are their only customer. Along those lines, they never over-extend their project schedule or pipeline to ensure they can maintain their high level of customer service. Once you review their portfolio and see their homes, you’ll realize Unika holds that same high bar for their design and quality. Their homes are both stunning and incredibly well built. Without the latter, the prior is only short term. Pablo ensures he only builds homes in which he’d be proud of and live. He really raises industry standards! Lastly, Unika Homes is now family to us. We are so fortunate to have worked with Pablo & team because they are both industry leaders and friends - literally! If we’re ever in the market to build again, we would only go with Unika Homes, both because of our end-to-end experience with them, but also because of the wonderful people they are. Pablo and his team at Unika take great care and pride in the product they turn out. We bought a house directly from Pablo in April 2017 and the attention to detail and finishing work is some of the best in Houston. If any problems arose with the house they were very prompt in helping us figure out a solution. The designs have a lot of thought in them and you will seriously not be disappointed. I would easily buy another house from Pablo in a heartbeat. After dealing with some other builders in the past, I cannot compliment Pablo enough.

Pablo and all the Unika crew are outstanding. He does excellent work and stands behind it 100%. Unika would definitely be my go to company if I were to build again. He made the whole process of building as seamless as possible. We love our home and highly recommend Unika Homes!
