We bought a spec home from Van Manna Homes in June 2016. We asked for a few changes to be made to suit our families needs. Jason and his staff were very helpful. The assisted us with the plans and the quality of the work was exceptional. They also followed up with us to insure we didn't require any other help. We would recommend Van Manna Homes.

We contacted Van Manna homes for a master on suite renovation. Not only do we LOVE the bathroom, but we were more than impressed with the professionalism and quality of work done. The entire team was approachable, respectful, patient and willing to work with us within our specified budget. Neither my husband nor myself were entirely sure what we wanted and really valued having the experienced staff assist us with the decision making, right down to finding us beautiful tiles at a discounted price. I also got the vanity I always wanted but didn't think I had room for! It worked out that we were out of the country for a majority of the work but receiving frequent emails, pictures and texts updating us on the progress put our minds at ease. The communication was frequent and we always felt like we were the priority. We will definitely be contacting Van Manna for any future renovations.

Would highly, highly recommend Van Manna homes. We did a renovation on our ensuite/closet/ master bedroom and an addition of a mudroom on our main floor. The renovation was done in record time and on budget. The worked within our budget without any pressure to spend more, and we were thrilled with the results. I was shocked how they had people working late and on weekends and the project was finished before we were promised. They were transparent with pricing and the customer service and project management team was exceptional.

I have had the pleasure of representing this company as a real estate agent for several years. The most important thing to note is that from a realtors or buyers perspective the owner is there every day. If a question is relayed the response is immediate. I have build personally with them in Marda Loop and can say it was effortless with their guidance. I would highly recommend this company. Van Manna homes has built several of my projects now, and in the end my clients have always been happy. At the of the day, nothing makes me happier than knowing that my clients are well taken care of during the building process, and that they have a good experience. The team at Van Manna are very diligent in meeting schedules and have a high attention to detail. No stone goes unturned and when it comes to understanding the build, the team is very knowledgeable.

What I enjoyed the most about this company was the service I received after our home was built, which also means after they were paid. Anytime a company comes back for little things outside the scope of the build when they no longer have a financial interest is impressive. They were flexible and open to our ideas combined with their professional experience was a great combination. Communication system was impressive both electronically and ability to contact at anytime. would do it again if we needed to.
