He built my current residence 35 years ago and did a recent remodel 3 years ago. Good quality construction, no problems no worries or concerns.

Our experience with Van Sant Construction Company was above and beyond our expectations. We needed to downsize to a home that would suite us in our retirement years but also provide space for grandchildren and out of town visitors.
