We are extremely proud owners of a Vaughn Paul built home. My wife and I moved to Boulder in 2006, and first observed the new construction when it was ~ 90% finished. We immediately loved the home, and soon became owners. We have lived in the home for over 10 years now - and we remain thrilled. Itis abundantly clear that Vaughn Paul was a perfectionist - and it was reflected in the quality of the workmanship. One of our recent visitors is in the real estate profession - and remarked that the quality and of the materials and finishes was on par with the finest homes he had ever visited.
