Daniel Reeves represented me in two real estate purchases and has also represented my son in two purchases. Our experience was nothing like reviews that I have seen on-line. We reviewed the project with the owner for a year, used his recommended designer, used his recommended engineering before actually signing the contract to have a house built. The contract was to be completed within a year. The owner was attentive prior to signing and paying the initial funds. From that point everything changed, the owner was never seen and had total disreguard for the project, in fact in six months he only agreed to meet us two times and would not respond to many emails or phone calls. The worst of it was the actions of his lead project manager not only in his actions but words from deceiving, giving excuses that the job was thrown in his lap, run arounds with changing the design without our approval, unwillingness to answer basic questions, no schedule, no budget, everybody else loves him and the list goes on and on. So after no clear direction of this project and a total lack of trust in them, we terminated the contract after 8 months with only the grading and part of the slab completed. The only excuse I got out of the owner was that he "underestimated the project" but that excuse falls short for the way the lead project manager treated us as a customer. I would not recommend them to anybody.

We bought our Verde home a year ago and have been very pleased. It is quality construction with nice materials and craftsmanship throughout. They were true to their warranty and came back to fix the minor repairs that we discovered in the first year. Overall positive experience and would recommend to prospective buyers.

Daniel & Team was polite and professional from the first call to closing. It's clear that Verde takes the time to build a quality new build home & stands behind the work in case something pops up afterward missed through normal inspection. There are many builders throwing up homes in the Austin area given the booming market but you will be hard pressed to find a better quality builder than Daniel due due their attention to detail and service experience before / after the purchase of for most people the largest purchase of their life so its critical you choose the right partner in that journey & Daniel is the right choice!

I recently purchased a home by Verde Builders. The unique design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are clearly a notch above their competition. Our inspection came back with glowing reviews. It is apparent how well this home was constructed. They also stand by their work and support future owners of their homes. My insurance company was asking for some complicated documentation to be completed by the builder, and they were more than happy to take the time and fill it out.

After dealing with several years of drought, we decided we wanted to have a home on a “constant” level lake. Not finding anything that met our needs we decided to build and knowing Daniel, the obvious choice was to have Verde Builders do our construction. Thanks to Daniel the process moved quickly and professionally. We were soon able to enjoy our modern Texas farmhouse on the lake with family, friends and guests. The most common expression we hear about the house is “WOW”! Daniel was quiet creative in adding unique features in the construction of our modern Farmhouse that delivered a home that is sophisticated, and yet met our casual life style. A few of the “WOW” features we want to mention are: steam shower in a guest bath room, a wine refrigerator in the kitchen, a handy ice maker and all up to date appliances. One of the structural products that we love is the Lueders stone on the exterior and on interior fireplace ”floor to ceiling“ wall. During construction of our home, Daniel was committed as he worked closely with us to assure we were all on the same page. We found him to be honest and ethical in our dealings from beginning to the completion. The quality of construction and time frame of completion on our house was impressive to two of our neighbors who later requested Verde Builders services.

A few years ago I used Verde Builders and worked directly with Daniel Reeves the Owner. The quality of service and work I received is beyond my expectations. Daniel is very detailed, meticulous, and cares about the final product. Daniel wants his customers to be completely satisfied with his work. My husband and I bought a Verde home when it was just a few weeks shy of completion and could not be happier with our decision. Once we moved in they worked with us to quickly fix any and all kinks and made the whole process a breeze. The quality of their work is evident. There are countless examples of their attention to detail throughout our home. Since we did not design the home, we are grateful for the beautiful design choices they made, like the tile in the powder room and the stunning hardwood floors to name a few.
