Tory is absolute best. We moved into a new townhome he built and it’s absolutely the best. We have always had new houses, but Tory’s was by far top of the list. He is detail oriented and uses only the best material. We highly recommend Tory to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I live in a beautifully constructed home by Victory Builders. The home was very well done with impeccable features. One of many features is a hidden butler pantry with a wine refrigerator.
