Natalie and Brandon are true professionals. My husband and I have never built a home before so this was an entirely new experience and somewhat of a daunting task. Natalie was able to help us work through all the details on the front end and Brandon was great with execution on-site. Anything that came up during and after move in was handled in a timely manner and with a very professional approach. We would recommend Waltman Homes to anyone looking to have their home built in the Treasure Valley.

After a bad build experience with our last house we were on the lookout for a better builder. We reviewed quite a few builders in all ranges of price points. After talking to many people, Waltman Homes kept coming up as a great builder. We walked through many of their homes and were impressed with the quality, look and feel of the homes they built. We took the plunge and decided to build both our home and our in-laws home with Waltman Homes next to each other. The final results are what we had hoped for. Brandon and Natalie pay attention to every detail. They make sure the contractors are on schedule and are very accommodating to changes made to the plans after the home is already under way. One thing I really like about Waltman Homes is even after the home is built, unlike our last builder, they are readily available for assistance and continually treat us as valuable clients. Would we build again with them? Absolutely! It has been a great pleasure working with them and the quality of our home is what we dreamed of!

We love our new house built by Waltman Homes! The professional care by the owners and their subcontractors is evident in their attention to detail and quality. Natalie Waltman made the process of picking finishes and materials a joy instead of a crying fest while Brandon Waltman kept our building schedule on track and made sure everything was perfect for our move-in. Our friends kept telling us our house wouldn't be done on time, but it was done four days early! Natalie suggested something that has changed my life--a washer and dryer in my master closet. We took a big chance on this company. We were living out of the country when we purchased the property and, relying on the research of our daughter, agreed to have Waltman Homes do the construction. From the start, they assisted us in modifying the structure, floor plan, and details of the house plans we thought we wanted. They work as a team, which gave us the advantages of outstanding construction and details of the interior. Now that the home is completed and we have moved in, they are still very responsive when we find a problem that was not obvious at first, or when something goes wrong with a product or system in the house. We recommend them without hesitation.
