Christian and Watermark were exceptional! When we were looking for bids he had a board level estimate within two weeks! While pricing was similar, Watermark doesn't go over budget. The project was completed mostly on time and to an exceptional level of fit and finish. This ended up being cheaper than other bids of similar pricing due to the methods used (4x6 used in outer walls for example). They integrated the additional 2100 sq ft with the existing home in a seamless fashion. You will not find a more responsive, thoughtful or caring GC than Christian and the staff were excellent. We are friends after the project!

I first hired Watermark Homes to do a small kitchen renovation several years ago. Everyone working with the company was extremely respectful of time schedules and keeping the worksite regularly cleaned, as life needed to go on around the project. The attention to detail was impressive, and they were great at finding creative solutions when unexpected problems arose. As a result of their performance on that first project I have subsequently hired Watermark on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. I am currently completely renovating a 110 yr old, 4,600 square foot house using Watermark. Old houses are always very tricky, and this one is no exception. In spite of these significant challenges, it is clear the results are going to be stunning!
