    “Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

    “A little over two years ago I was looking for a contractor to rebuilt / remodel my house. I hired CKA Construction for the job and they exceeded my expectations in every category; it was one of the best decisions of my life. Their craftsmanship was excellent; the attention to details was impeccable. I also appreciated CKA Construction's honesty!!! In today's bidding wars, so many contractors will under bid the job so they can get the work; once in the job, they come up with additional charges. When CKA Construction gave me the estimate; it was accurate, it was spot on, with no additional charges; they are honest upfront about all costs. I would recommend CKA Construction anytime, their quality of work and honesty is worth their weight in gold!”

    “After interviewing three custom home builders and having had the experience of previously building a custom home in Hobe Sound, FL in 2001, we selected John Cherveny of Homes by JMC. His knowledge of construction and his ability to not only listen to our needs and desires, but to take the time to communicate endlessly with us offering opinions and advice made our selection quite easy. As the construction proceeded, we noticed that his people were not only very professional, but knew exactly what was expected of them when John arrived on our jobsite on almost a daily basis. Several times, he had his crew redo something that was not accomplished in the exact way he wanted it done. A few changes that we desired, were accomplished without question and completed very rapidly. John's outstanding ability to communicate with us was phenomenal and he was never too busy to answer our questions and offer his personal advice. If I ever have the need to construct another structure, either residential or commercial, I would not hesitate to have Homes by JMC do the project.”

    “I am an interior designer here in Miami and am currently working on a large project with River Birch Construction. And I have to say John is a great contractor. He's easy going and an extremely adaptable person. He has worked with all of my ideas and made sure if he felt something wasn't going to work he figured out a solution to our design problem. I would recommend River Birch Construction and their amazing team of artisans. His skills are on point and cost effective. I will continue to use them for many projects in the future!”

    “The John McDonald Company did not build our home, but we have used them for 3 significant renovation and expansion projects. We have been very happy with the end product, and also very pleased with the process. Dennis is hands on, brings great ideas, and has an extraordinary "eye" when it comes to design details. He builds as if he were doing the work for himself. He has gone above and beyond our expectations, keeping us informed and engaged in decision making, knowing that was our desire. He has been available to us by phone and other communication vehicles when we are not in the area, and spends significant quality time with us when we are on site during the construction. We recommend Dennis McDonald and his company without reservation.”

    “B&M Building Co. and specifically, Joe Moser, has been an invaluable asset to our family and of course in building our dream home. B&M was responsible for 2 major additions as well as some other renovations at our house that were very well done and truly made our home complete. Years later, Joe is still someone I can call at anytime for assistance in almost any matter you can think of regarding the house. If I'm ever at a loss in finding the right person or company to call for current work at the house, Joe always leads me in the right direction. He's truly made himself completely available to us which is something we don't take for granted and really appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend B&M Building Co. to anyone looking for an excellent contractor they can trust.”
