“Krueger surpassed our expectations, reliably carrying out all duties associated with a general contractor while performing each task well. They have been in business for a long time and this was obvious through their mature business processes, team, subcontractors, and positive relationships with city inspectors. We lost our previous house in the Marshall fire in December 2022 and are happy that we chose Krueger to rebuild. They were strong partners throughout the entire process, working with the architect to capture our wishes while maintaining budget. Great People to Work With •Everyone in their crew was competent, pleasant, and professional- from company owners through office workers, subcontractors, their build site crew and managers, and warranty support after we moved in. •Our build site manager Nathan and his team (Kayleigh, Elisabeth, et al) were worthy of special recognition. They took great care of us throughout the build. They met with us regularly, describing status, and working through decisions from technical details through decorating choices. They were unfailingly pleasant, always patient in explaining things, and worked hard to understand and implement our intent. •Bookkeeper Bronny was patient and helped explain expenses and keep everything on track financially Of all the decisions needed in our lives after the fire, the one we are most happy with was choosing Krueger for our rebuild.”

“Chris Robbins and his group built 29 new apartments for us and completely renovated another 65. The total project was 104,000 square feet. Upon completion, our development company won the annual juried award for Best Apartment Property. This was a significant project. It lasted two years. At its peak Chris had over 250 men working here. They were from Denver, Baton Rouge, Memphis, Florida and other places as well. The budget was $12 million. Our project was budgeted as a best-standard quality build. That is not what Chris delivered, however. The contemporary features and designs wow our multifamily tenants every day. It has a luxury feel. A post-construction, stabilized appraisal fetched a figure 30% higher than we were expecting and just about all of that is thanks to Chris.
