We purchased a newly completed house from Westridge in 2020. It is beautiful and very well built. The after-sale service was top notch. We are very satisfied.

Before we hired Westridge, we saw a number of spec home (2-3 years house hunt) that just were not meeting our needs in design, value and quality offered. We were also very scared to engage in custom building project as when we talked to some of the companies in the city it seemed like they were just out there for your money and wanted you to sign the contract as soon a possible. Otherwise, they would not even continue to talk to you. Just around that time, our friends finished building with Westridge and gave Regan and his team so much praise. That made us feel more confident and we embarked on contacting Westridge and eventually ended up building our dream house with them. Throughout the whole process, we never felt like being pushed or pressured into anything. Regan and his team love love so much building homes and they will take so much time and patience to explain things over and over again (which was so helpful for us who were so new in this process). We also appreciated that Regan always advised on why something is being done this way or that way and why we might consider this option instead of another option in our building design. As well, they stick to our budget and always gently reminded us of it so we stayed on the right track. We are in our new house for 10 months now and the after care is nothing short from excellent! This is our first time building our new home with a builder. We have chosen Westridge because word of mouth (ie. one of my co-workers had recommended them since she had been built two houses with Westridge) and we had seen their show homes. They have done very nice works in overall design & layout. Building a new home was a very complicated & time-consuming project, not only we have to stick with our budget but also we lack of experience & knowledge on lots of things. Luckily, the people that we worked with in Westridge are very experienced and knowledgeable in this field. They were very patient with us and guided us step by step, from the layout of the house to every material that we chose for our home. They were very efficient and detail oriented. All our concerns and emails were addressed in a timely fashion. The finishing in our new home are very nice & above standard. The only draw-back was the possession delayed a little bit than we expected. Other than that, we are very satisfied with their works and very impressed by their professionalism & good customer services.
