Our renovation included the whole main floor-foyer, kitchen, dining room, lounge area, family room, powder room and laundry room. It required removing a load bearing wall and installing a 25ft steel beam. And we chose to live on site! The Quotation/Budget process was complete and comprehensive. We were assigned an on-site manager Jeremy Williams and a project co-ordinator Shelley Cochrane and both were a pleasure to work with. Jeremy was an expert in dealing with the trades and his input and suggestions regarding our project were invaluable. Shelley kept us on track with a schedule of the trades and finishes. We were notified of any budget changes due to upgrades so there were no surprises. Our project finished on time. We had a very positive experience with Whitehall and are extremely happy with our renovation.

We have known this builder, Dave Farris, for over 30 years. In our opinion, we wouldn't use anyone else. Over the years we have recommended him to many people and everyone has been happy with his performance. Whitehall can often be more expensive, than other builders, but there's a reason - they exceed the clients expectations

Dave Farris and the team at Whitehall Homes are great to work with. We had built our first custom home with another builder and it was not a very good experience. During the course of construction there are alway a few glitches that arise along the way. Dave always has a solution for any problem and you know that the job is done right. They ensured that all my ideas and visions came to fruition. I will definitely have Whitehall build our next home.
