“We planned a long distance move and researched Schell Brothers on line. After meeting with the companys sales associates, design team and project manager, we felt very comfortable with our decision to choose them to build our new home. We had a very positive experience from begining to end. We would recomend Scell Brothers to anyone building a new home in the area.”

“Took my ideas and made them better. Work on time and above and beyond what was contracted. Ken Craul outstanding. Only problems have been some subcontractor related.”
Monahan Design Build

“My husband and I had Mike Monahan and his team do a large addition on our home this past year. we lived though the renovation and it wasn't painful at all. The project was started in October and was completed by March. At one point Mr Monahan asked me if we wanted to do a 2 piece crown molding though out our first floor. I told him that it wasn't in the budget. He went ahead and did it anyway at no additional cost because he valued us as his clients and new that would make the job look wonderful. We are super happy and could not recommend him enough”
