A photo is worth a thousand words. See my google review for photo and below of collapsed balcony! Our Windmiller home is falling apart the balcony is collapsing. For last 16 months they have not fixed it. We have advised after full contact review and engineer plans, that exterior grade as directed was never used. We are seeking legal remedies. I hope they come around and accept the structural responsibility and fix asap. If so, I will update this post. For now, looking at DFW Billboards near Viridian and other developments to warn others of this dangerous trap before buying such a home.

I would not recommend this builder!!! We have had many issues and nobody will call us back! There has been a huge disconnect from what we have been told to what they have actually followed through with. Nobody seems To have any clue what's going on.
