New & Custom Home Builders Near Winter Haven

“My wife and I worked with Kendle on our personal residential remodel of our home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a General Contractor I have worked with many Architects, we were very happy with Kendle's attentive to our needs, offered thoughtful design solutions in our meets of our home, she is knowledgeable about the realities of remodeling an existing home. Communication was clear, the process was well organized, and the final design significantly improved both the function and flow of our space. Highly recommended Kendle with Anz Design Studio.”

“Literally, the hardest part of the project was finding the correct contractor. After several no shows, no return calls/visits, and lack of overall professionalism, we met with Beshoy Yousef, owner of Parthy Construction. He came out for a lengthy site visit, listened to our ideas, took notes and pictures, and provided us with a detailed estimate, which we accepted after a couple of back and forth line item discussions. Beshoy assisted in securing for us an architect and helped with a needed zoning variance. We broke ground in June 2025 on an 18’x20’ additional bedroom. Start to finish was a little over three months. They handled all the permitting and inspections. Our main project manager, Mina, was excellent, as was his sidekick Mark. He kept us posted as to what the current and next activities were, and worked with us on a plethora of decisions which needed to be made every week. He offered numerous ideas along the way which we hadn’t thought of. Michele (the lady that holds everything together in the office) was great at getting the invoices out on time. All subcontractors were timely, professional, reasonably clean (construction is rarely “clean”), and did excellent work. All the work was done while we continued to live in the house. We did re-home the cat and bird for several weeks during the worst of it. The finished product exceeded our expectations and wows our friends. From the outside, the in-line addition’s concrete block walls, windows, roofing, soffits and fascia, paint, all give the look that it’s always been part of the house. There were a number of necessary items outside the contract which we had to purchase out of pocket. While they kept completely within their budget, the non-contract items (specific windows, doors, paint, flooring, trim, etc) ran us an additional 15%-20%. Are we happy with their finished product? Absolutely. Would we use them again? Absolutely. Do we recommend them? Absolutely!”

“Isaiah is a perfectionist, which is a real bonus when applied to your house projects! He is meticulous and careful and makes sure he knows just how you want things before he starts. He checks in frequently to make sure you’re approving of the work to date. He is also one of the nicest people you will ever know, and extremely honest. He and Ender remodeled our master bath and turned it into a beautiful, functional space which we absolutely love! They are the kind of people you enjoy having in your home! He’s also very in demand, so call in advance if you want him for a job!”
