C&R Construction & Remodeling LLC
Multigenerational Home Builders in Winter Park
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 8, 2024
“We cannot recommend C&R Construction highly enough - from the infancy of our project they were on hand to provide advice and support as our renovation plans were developed right through to completion. They assisted with building regulations working alongside council officials, our surveyor, architects and kitchen designer. They kept a tight financial account to help us manage our budget and provided options and solutions when we encountered issues we had not planned for. The work completed has been done to a very high standard transforming our living space and made our house a home we now all love.”

“I recently undertook renovations on my bathroom and entrance foyer with All Phase Home Solutions Group, and I'm thrilled with the results. The professionalism displayed throughout the project was exceptional. The contractor demonstrated great flexibility in accommodating modifications to the original plan. While the project did take a bit longer than initially projected, the quality of the work delivered far exceeded my expectations. I am highly satisfied with the outcome.”

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 22, 2023
“This review is a little late, but well deserved. SAHA 100% deserves 5 stars, but that said the project was not painless, but then again what home renovation project is. In March of 2023 I concluded a $200K renovation of my home with SAHA that completely transformed my home from choppy claustrophobic mess to a bright open functional oasis. Overall, Cory and Austin were great and were able to take my vision and turn it into a reality. I want to provide an honest review of the entire process as I think that is much more valuable than me stating that everything was perfect. From a planning process, do not expect this to be quick. This was incredibly frustrating to me in the beginning as I was ready to go, but Cory and Austin were insistent on ensuring that we had a solid plan in place prior to execution so that once demo started, we could push through and complete the project in a timely manner. My project had some significant structural challenges, so this drew things out even further, but in the end, I am happy we took the time up front as it reduced changes once the work started. I also appreciated that they would tell me when I had an idea that was not optimal to the project and make recommendations on how to adjust while staying true to my vision. For example, I had a vision of a walk-in pantry with large sliding barn doors, but it would have created pinch points in the kitchen, they explained that this was not optimal land recommended that we go with floor to ceiling pantry cabinets (which we went with) and I could not be happier with both the aesthetic appeal and the functionality. From a sub-contractor standpoint, we ran the gambit. There were subs working on my project who I absolutely loved. MASTCO who did my custom laundry doors was AMAZING… and then there were others who had issues showing up to work. I don’t blame Cory or Austin on this as it unfortunately is just the industry and I know that Cory and Austin were doing their absolute best to stay within my budget. When there were issues they were promptly corrected. At the end of the day, I was incredibly happy with the end-product of our renovation and know that there no short cuts were taken. EVERY single person who was seen the before and after of our renovation has raved about how AMAZING it looks and I credit that to the AMAZING job that Cory and Austin did. SAHA will not be the cheapest option out there, but they will 100% work with you to stay within your budget, and you will be able to sleep well knowing that the project was done right. And on a final note, which Austin will hate me for, don’t let the fact that Austin is the prettiest GC in the market deter you from going with SAHA, just because he doesn’t where work boots and Carhart doesn’t mean he's not great at what he does! And Cory is always super responsive to my 6 calls and 20 texts as day checking on where things were at. I wholeheartedly 100% recommend SAHA development to make your dream a reality!!”
