Woodland Partners Custom Builders

I cannot recommend Woodland Partners enough! We completed our whole house renovation in the planned timeframe and budget. We are very pleased with the outcome in all the rooms, and found Todd, Amber and Greg all wonderful to work with. The craftsmen were careful and diligent in getting everything done.

Amber's creative ideas were the "game changer" in choosing Woodland Partners to do the renovations of the boys' bathrooms in our 1930s house. We did not have our architect draw plans for the bathrooms, and we needed some design ideas. Amber transformed our pink, angled, mirrored bathroom into a beautiful updated space that picked up on other details in our home. The second bathroom was taken back to it's 1930s style, with style thanks to Woodland's creative team. Everyone from Woodland was very respectful of my home during the renovation, and at the end of EVERY day, it was left as if no one had been there.

Working with Amber and Todd has been a pleasure. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do, all I knew was my house needed a "facelift". I had some ideas but needed guidance. They listened and made recommendations based on what they heard and their years of experience. They worked with me to fit all the important aspects of the project into my budget. They were extremely patient, responsive and professional throughout the entire project. Their attention to detail, sense of design and project management was exceptional!! Right when the project started they found an unexpected water problem. They went above and beyond to make sure they discovered the exact issue, promptly fixed it and then followed up after it rained again to ensure the problem was totally fixed. They have transformed my house into a warm cozy space. I will definitely use them for my next project.

Within a short period of time and very little disruption to my life, two side-by-side closets in the master bedroom were transformed into a spectacular walk-in closet. Working with Woodland Partners is a dream. From design ideas to execution, every step along the way was easy. Can't wait for the next project with them.

I approached Todd & Amber for advice on getting started with a fairly simple but complete master bathroom renovation. They fitted in my project even though they were in the midst of a couple other huge building projects and they did it with an incredibly helpful attitude, bringing me all the expertise and attention that they bring to their larger projects. Todd schedules things to be done promptly and we had workers come daily to complete the job. While we ran into a glitch due to my husband and I changing our minds about a design detail, both Todd and Amber were patient, understanding and helpful. Amber brings a tasteful sense of design to projects and is tireless! She helped with ordering a custom made she'll mirror for us that we absolutely love. Woodland employs real experts and together Todd & Amber make a great team offering a hard-to-find package of design and construction expertise.

We hired Woodland Partners to build a new 8000 SF 5BR custom Nantucket shingle house in 2013/14. Bottom line: good, honest people who built a beautiful house, essentially on budget and time, and we would hire them again ourselves and recommend them to our friends.

We LOVE Woodland Partners. They built our house 10 years ago and then completely renovated and changed our basement. Placing wood floors, rebuilding cabinetry and putting in a state of the art wine cellar. They are a pleasure to work with and have great ideas. All their subs are fantastic and conscientious. We highly recommend them to build a house, add on or a renovation.

Todd & Amber did a first rate job on our wine cellar and wet bar as well as the redesign of our front entranceway and driveway. They came in on budget and on time and accommodated any changes that we threw at them. I give them my highest recommendation.

They are high end builders with a focus on quality. Both projects were done beautifully and competed on time! They are easy to work with and have great ideas.
