This is our tenth home and our absolute favorite. Tim always responsed quickly to our questions and any issues that arose. Tim Wright did an outstanding job for us building our dream home in a gated community. He worked with us every step of the way, from choosing the right lot , through the design process and every day through the construction process to move-in and beyond. We were impressed with his construction knowledge, experience, professionalism, relationship to all his vendors and sub-contractors, and his incredible kindness, design sense and communications skills. His work surpassed our expectations, was on time, and reasonably close to budget. While there were some cost overruns, virtually all of them were due to homeowner choices! Tim followed through with his promises, met with us regularly to provide status updates and even send us photographs while building progressed, as we lived out of state during the first few months of construction. We hav recommended Wright Family Custom Homes to many potential customers and new neighbors in our community. Tim Wright understands high end home-building and knows how to get things done well! He is the best builder in Western North Carolina.

In preparing for construction of our new home, we had four bids from builders all of which were closely competitive in price and quality. We asked our architect for suggestions on how to make the final decision on choosing our builder. He responded by suggesting that we choose the builder with whom we could most easily work. Our choice was Tim Wright. One all too often hears stories of the relationship between home owner and builder souring during the course of construction. Our experience with Tim was quite the opposite as our relationship grew stronger as the project progressed to completion. Tim is thorough, experienced, professional and of the highest integrity. He communicated and resolved problems quickly and offered helpful design and money saving ideas. Tim exceeded our expectations and we are proud to have had the opportunity of working with him. We don't expect to build another home but if we did our only choice would be Wright Family Custom Homes.

Not easy to find in the construction business... I have work with other builders in several countries and I can say, without a doubt, that Tim is in a league of his own.
